This page is a gateway to several pieces of work completed in a course in International Environmental Law at the University of California at Davis in the Spring Term 2001.  Some of the reports produced from these research and writing exercises take the form of collaborative group efforts and some of them are pieces of individual analysis.  There are links to this work in the index on the left.

The substance of the published work deals with the 1992 United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change and the Kyoto Protocol.  

Almira Quion Sugatan is a second year student at the University of California Davis, double majoring in Political Science and Anthropology.  She expects to graduate in June 2003, after which she hopes to attend law school.  In her spare time, she enjoys cooking, reading books, and watching movies.
