This page is a gateway to several pieces of work completed in a course in International Environmental Law at the University of California at Davis in the Spring Term, 2001.  Some of the reports produced from these research and writing exercises take the forms of collaborative group efforts and some of them are pieces of individual analysis.  There are links to this work in the index on the left.

The substance of the published work deals with the 1992 United Nations Framework on Climate Change, the Kyoto Protocol, and other meetings that followed.

Catherine Hwang is a fourth year student at UC Davis majoring in Political Science and Economics, with a minor in Asian American Studies.  She expects to graduate in June 2001, after which she will spend a year in travel and then hopes to attend law school.  Catherine has a passion for dancing and enjoys rock-climbing during her spare time.
