International Law
UC Davis, Winter Term 2003

This is the gateway page for a web developed in a course of International Law at the University of California at Davis in the Spring term, 2003.

The pages in the web contain the results of research and writing on four topics, all focused on a single treaty regime.  One deals with the analysis of a treaty text.  A second is on the role on non-state actors in international law making.  A third examines compliance and implementation at the sovereign state level.  And the final piece of work is an evaluation of treaty effectiveness.

This web is the work of Chelsea Kopp, a junior in Political Science, with a Sociology.  She grew up in Santa Rosa, California and plans to attend NYU law school in Fall of 2004.
