International Wildlife Law
U.C. Davis, Winter 2003

This is the gateway page for a web developed in international Law at the University of California, Davis, in the Spring Term, 2003.

The pages in the web contain results of research and writing on four topics, all focused on a single treaty regime.  One deals with the analysis of a treaty text.  A second is on the role of non-state actors in international law making.  A third examines compliance and implementation at the sovereign state level.  And the final piece of work is an evaluation of treaty effectiveness.

The web is the work of Eduardo Aguilar, a sophomore in Political Science and Spanish.  He was raised in Sacramento, California.  After graduation he plans on studying law at the University of California at Davis.
