The
pages in the web contain results of research and writing on four topics,
all focused on a single treaty regime. One deals with the analysis
of a treaty text. A second is on the role of non-state actors in
international law making. A third examines compliance and
implementation at the sovereign state level. And the final piece of
work is an evaluation of treaty effectiveness.
The
web is the work of Eduardo Aguilar, a sophomore in Political Science and
Spanish. He was raised in Sacramento, California. After
graduation he plans on studying law at the University of California at
Davis.
